Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Denver

Integrated Connections is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving and respected Functional Medicine practice in Colorado with a loyal and growing patient community.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering 3 in office days and 2 remote days with no patient visits on Fridays.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred
At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine
Completion of some formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in integrative and functional medicine
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado. Active DEA license.

Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience plus bonuses and revenue sharing
