Apply to In-Clinic Provider - Precision Men's Health (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) - Boca Raton
Location: Boca Raton, Florida | Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time | Salary: Starting at $160,000/year (full time, based on experience)
Our client is a leader in precision men's health, integrating functional medicine, regenerative procedures, and
advanced diagnostics. Their proprietary program defines a new standard in outcome-driven, patient-centered
care.
The Opportunity
This is a procedural role. Hands-on, every day, working with the most intimate anatomy a man has. You will
perform transrectal intraprostatic injections, prostate ozone insufflation, digital prostate assessment, bladder
instillations, P-Shot with PRP and exosomes, hormone pellet implantation, and intracavernosal injections and
dose titration.
You will do this several times a day, treating the same patients, for months at a time.
If this is the kind of hands-on work that interests you, we may be looking for you. This position is ideal for a
practitioner passionate about precision medicine, men's health, and direct procedural care.
Who You Will Be Treating
Men who have already done everything they were told to do. They have seen the urologist. They have taken the
alpha blocker and the 5-ARI. They have been told their PSA is fine, that it is just aging, that they should watch
and wait. They have gotten worse anyway. They fly in from across the country to be here, not for a consult, but
for a course of treatment that runs ten, twelve, eighteen in-clinic visits across a year, sequenced against
advanced diagnostics and root-cause protocol design.
Which means they will see you. Over and over. Through procedures most men will never discuss with anyone
else in their lives. That is the actual job. The procedures are the mechanism. The relationship is the medicine.
Our client's patients ask for their practitioner by name. They call after hours because they trust the voice on the other
end. The right person for this seat does not experience that as a burden, she or he experiences it as the entire
point.
What You Will Do
Procedures
- Intraprostatic injection protocols (complex antimicrobial/anti-inflammatory cocktails, PRP, exosomes)
- Digital prostate assessment
- Bladder instillations
- P-Shot, intracavernosal injection trials, peptide prescribing
- Hormone pellet insertion for men and women
- IV therapy: chelation, high-dose vitamin C, glutathione, NAD+/B12, exosomes, nutrient protocols Diagnostics and Collection
- Reviewing findings alongside the clinical director and translating them for the patient in plain language
- Continuity
- Daily standup and rounds with the entire clinical team
- In-clinic procedural visits
- Teaching patients to self-inject, including the ones who are afraid

patient must do at home - Same-day clinical responsiveness to the support team
Documentation
Documentation that respects your time. You dictate. A dedicated documentation team builds the chart. You
review, correct, approve, and release. You are not typing notes until nine at night.
How This Clinic Runs
This is a physician-directed, protocol-driven practice. Treatment plans originate with the founding physician and
clinical director. Protocols are specific, sequenced, and evidence-anchored, and they exist because they produce
outcomes that improvisation does not. Your clinical judgment is wanted, respected, and actively solicited in case
review and protocol refinement. Your independent redesign of a patient's plan at the chair is not.
If you want to master a system that most practitioners in this country have never seen, execute it with precision,
and help sharpen it, you will not find many places like this.
You will work alongside a supervising physician who teaches constantly, a clinical director, and a support staff
that handles scheduling, refills, charting, and logistics so you can stay in the room with the patient.
What Our Client Requires
- Active, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Procedural confidence, IV access, injection-based therapy, and regenerative work. Comfort with
genitourinary and rectal procedures is non-negotiable. - Fluency across allopathic and functional medicine; you understand hormones, inflammation, infection, and
toxicity as connected systems rather than separate specialties - Rigor with dosing, sterile technique, documentation, and protocol adherence
- Warmth that holds up under a hard conversation. Men do not disclose easily. You will need to earn it.
Preferred: hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, urology, men's health, or sexual medicine experience.
What the Role Offers
- 8–10 patients per day with dedicated clinical and administrative support. Straight talk: the practice is
growing and volume is expected to grow with it. We would rather you know that now than discover it in
month four. - Direct training from a nationally recognized physician in root-cause men's health and longevity medicine,
procedures and protocols you cannot learn in most of the country - A real seat at case review and protocol development
- Growth path inside an expanding national network
