Integrated Connections is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving and respected Functional Medicine practice in Colorado with a loyal and growing patient community.

Our client is passionate about transforming lives through functional and integrative medicine as well as providing a balanced and supportive environment for providers. They’re seeking a dynamic team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and is committed to providing patient-centered care. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering 3 in office days and 2 remote days with no patient visits on Fridays.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine preferred
• Completion of some formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in integrative and functional medicine
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in the State of Colorado. Active DEA license
